HOME RUN
DERBY 10 OUT RULES
The
Home Run Derby 10 out rules mirror the current, mainstream 10 out format. Players will also attain imaginary earnings
just as they do in 9 inning contests.
-Each player
will get ten outs to hit as many home runs as possible.
-Any ball not
hit out of the ballpark for a home run is an out.
-Swings and
misses also constitute outs.
-Ties will be
broken by a 5 out swing-off.
-The winner
earns $2,000.
-The loser
earns $1,000.
-Each HR hit
is worth $100.
-If a player
hit 3 consecutive HR, they receive a $500 bonus.
-If a player
hit 4 consecutive HR, they receive another $500 bonus.
-If a player
hit 5 or more consecutive HR, they receive a $1,000 bonus for each HR.
